After having tried out different cleaning options, today we do exclusively the departure cleaning ourselves. The rate depends on the length of stay and the number of people to be as fair as possible.

Thank you for making and storing  in the right place your last dishes.

Household pricing is as follows:

1 night:                   1/2 pers. 10 €, 3/4 pers. 15 €, 5/6 pers. 20 €
2 nights:                 1/2 pers. 15 €, 3/4 pers. 20 €, 5/6 pers. 25 €
3 nights:                 1/2 pers. 20 €, 3/4 pers. 25 €, 5/6 pers. 30 €
4/5 nights:              1/2 pers. 26 €, 3/4 pers. 32 €, 5/6 pers. 40 €
6/7 nights:              1/2 pers. 38 €, 3/4 pers. 42 €, 5/6 pers. 50 €
8 nights or more:    1/2 pers. 45 €, 3/4 pers. 50 €, 5/6 pers. 60€

Surcharge Final cleaning for dogs up from 3 nights: 20 €

We accept for free 1 dog of medium size (ex: border collie), or 2 small dogs, and/or 1 cat per location. Please let us know if you come with an animal. Animals do not go up in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms, or on the sofas please. A dog should not remain alone in the accommodation, except t in a cage. If your dog is wet after a walk in the rain, please dry it before letting it into the accommodation. 

Provide a cleaning supplement of 20€ for a dog staying from 3 nights!

All these little details are due to many bad experiences in the past.

We have Ouessant sheep and chickens on site, make sure your dog does not scare them. Beware of the water too.

We offer a linen pack including: towels, sheets, duvet and pillow cover and kitchen towels, up to 7€/person. This pack is to be paid on site upon by arrival.From 2 nights on places, the beds are prepared.

For a stay of more than 4 nights, the lingue pack is offered.

Please unmake the bed before leaving, let the mattress covers on, and gather the durty linen in the bathroom.

Guests are free to bring their own bed and bath linens. We use 135x200 cm duvets and 60x60 cm pillows. Please let us know in advance if you bring your own lingue. 

If you expect to receive a visit during your stay, please inform us. If one or more travelers wish to stay overnight, be aware that this is quite possible, but it is necessary to provide the supplement traveler.

16€/night per additional adult - 12€/night per additional minor

Tourist tax paid to Haut Léon Communauté to add 1€/night/adult

We always try to be present on site to welcome our guests, usually between 16:00 and 19:00. After 19:00, an autonomous arrival is possible with key boxes. A code and additional information will be provided before arrival.

Departures are no later than 10:30 a.m. Please keep us informed in advance for our organisation of your departure intentions if possibel

An earlier arrival, or a late departure is discussed under conditions of future reservations and our availability.

A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is requested by check and will not be cashed.

A deposit of 200 € can be claimed, in the form of a check and will not be cashed.

Payments can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer (we do not accept holiday vouchers)

Here is an explanation of the price we charge compared to Airbnb prices.
In the photo, you can see a breakdown of the price offered by Airbnb, which in this specific case requests €19.99. This €19.99 corresponds to the Airbnb commission (no cleaning or linen fees included…).
By booking directly with us, we offer you a more attractive price, without this Airbnb commission. In this specific case, the price would therefore be €118, excluding cleaning and bed linen fees to be paid on site.
